نتناول في هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل موضوع الثقافة الشعبية في علاقتها بالارتقاء بالتكوين الممهن بمراكز التكوين، وبرهانات الإصلاحات التربوية الجارية والسياسات التعليمية والتكوينية، التي تتغيى الارتقاء بجودة تكوين المدرسين وتنمية كفاياتهم المهنية، وذلك من خلال البحث في أهمية وآليات توظيفها في عدة التكوين، في أفق بلورة برامج تكوينية متكاملة تتواءم مع رؤية الجيل الجديد من المناهج التعليمية، وبالتالي التأسيس لإرساء ركائز منظومة تعليمية وتكوينية متصالحة مع محيطها وثقافتها المحلية، في ظل التحولات الفكرية، والغزو الثقافي المتسارع.
