تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن سياق تحليل التغيرات المناخية وتأثيرها على الموارد المائية بمنطقة خريبكة، حيث تهدف إلى رصد دينامية التساقطات المطرية وتحليل تواتر فترات الجفاف خلال أربعة عقود ونيف. اعتمد البحث على بيانات مطرية يومية وشهرية مأخوذة من محطة خريبكة، وتمت معالجتها إحصائياً لاستخراج المؤشرات المناخية الكفيلة بتوضيح التطور الزمني والمجالي للتساقطات. كما تم استخدام "مؤشر التساقطات الموحد" (SPI) لتحديد شدة الجفاف ومدته، مما مكن من رصد سنوات العجز المطرية المتتالية وتأثيرها على النظم الإيكولوجية والأنشطة الاقتصادية بالمنطقة، وخاصة النشاط الفلاحي والموارد المائية الجوفية.
