يروم هذا البحث تقديم دراسة تحليلية نسقية للقواعد الأصولية، باعتبارها الركيزة المنهجية والبوصلة الموجهة لعملية الاستنباط الفقهي. وقد استهل الباحث دراسته بتحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للمقومات والأركان والشروط، مفرقاً بين القاعدة والأصل، لينتقل بعدها إلى تشريح بنية الحكم الشرعي وشروطه وأنواعه. كما اهتم البحث بتصنيف الأدلة الشرعية بين إجمالية وتفصيلية، ونقلية وعقلية، مع بيان أوجه القطعية والظنية فيها. وأولى البحث عناية خاصة لنظرية الدلالات وطرق استنباط الأحكام، مع إجراء مقارنة منهجية بين مسلك الحنفية ومسلك الجمهور في تقسيم المنطوق والمفهوم. واختتمت الدراسة ببيان شروط المستدل وضوابط الاجتهاد باعتباره الغاية الأسمى من تفعيل هذه القواعد. وخلص البحث إلى أن تكامل هذه الأركان هو الضمانة الأساسية لحماية المجتهد من الزلل ولتحقيق المقاصد الشرعية من النصوص.
