يهدف منهج القرآن الاستيعابي وظيفيا إلى الإصلاح والتغيير، ويهدي للتي هي أقوم، ويعالج الإشكالات المنهجية والمعرفية، فهو قادر على استيعاب الإنسان والكون وذلك من خلال تقديم قراءتين قراءة متفهِّمة للقرآن الكريم أولا، ثم قراءة الكون المفتوح للعقل الإنساني ثانيا. من ثم يمكن الحديث عن قراءة نسقية قرآنية خاصة تنطلق من دراسة المصطلح القرآني، مرورا بالكشف عن الناظم المنهجي القرآني، وصولا إلى مواجهة قضايا الحياة المعاصرة إذا أحسن القارئ قراءته أولا، وقراءة الكون ثانيا، وتفهم الواقع وإخضاعه لمناهج القرآن المجيد بفهم معاصر وفق الهدي النبوي الكريم، ليصبح القرآن العظيم المصدر الأساس لتشكيل مناهج الحياة المعاصرة فكريا وثقافيا وعمرانيا وحضاريا.
