يروم هذا المقال بيان العلاقة الوطيدة بين مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية والأدلة المتفق عليها، وقد استوى على مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين، خصصت التمهيد للتعريف بمقاصد الشريعة والأدلة المتفق عليها، وانصب اهتمامي في المبحث الأول على بيان العلاقة بين مقاصد الشريعة والأدلة المتفق عليها، بينما تكفل المبحث الثاني ببيان العلاقة بين مقاصد الشريعة والإجماع والقياس، وتضمنت الخاتمة بعض النتائج المتوصل إليها من قبيل اشتمال الشريعة الإسلامية على مقاصد وغايات عظيمة دلت عليها نصوص الكتاب والسنة، وكون مقاصد الشريعة معينة على فهم الكتاب وتفسير الآيات توجيه الأحاديث النبوية.
