يتناول هذا البحث الأكاديمي ظاهرة المال السياسي وتأثيره على مسار الحملات الانتخابية في المغرب، مع التركيز على الانتخابات التشريعية لسنتي 2016 و2021. يسعى البحث إلى الكشف عن الأبعاد القانونية والمؤسسية لتمويل الحملات الانتخابية والوقوف على مدى فاعلية المنظومة التشريعية المغربية في ضبط تدفق الأموال خلال المواسم الانتخابية. تكشف الدراسة أن المنظومة التشريعية المغربية، رغم تطورها الملحوظ في أعقاب دستور 2011، تبقى تعاني من ثغرات هيكلية وإشكاليات تطبيقية تُتيح تسلل المال غير المشروع إلى العملية الانتخابية، مما يُفضي إلى إخلال بمبدأ المساواة بين المتنافسين وتشويه الإرادة الشعبية.
