يتوخى هذا المقال فتح نافذة للتفكير الفلسفي في مسوغات ومآلات الانعطافة التي أحدثها مفهوم إرادة القوة في التفكير الفلسفي المعاصر بخصوص مسألة الذات؛ إذ ساهم هذا المفهوم النيتشوي في نقل مسار التفلسف حول الذات من التصورات الميتافيزيقية التي أرست صورة دوغمائية للذات الإنسانية بمنظور فلسفي جديد من شأنه تحريض الذات الإنسانية، في الزمن الراهن، على التجاوز المستمر لمناحي ارتكاسيتها بغية الرفع من منسوب تجددها وتعددها. ومن ثمة، المساهمة الفعلية في تحقيق استفاقة نوعية للذات المعاصرة التي تئن تحت وطأة الأزمات الخانقة، والإيديولوجيات الضاغطة في عالم غاص بالتدافعات المذهبية وعاج بالتسارعات الرقمية؛ فأصيبت هذه الذات بداء التيه، التشتت والضياع.
