تناولت هذه المداخلة موضوع الاستشارة الطبية عن بعد، وهي ممارسة أصبحت أكثر انتشارًا في ظل التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع وخاصة بعد جائحة كوفيد-19. ركزت المداخلة على التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية التي تثيرها هذه الممارسة، وعلى رأسها مسألة احترام السرية الطبية، وحماية المعطيات الشخصية للمريض، وضمان جودة الرعاية الطبية عن بعد. كما ناقشت الإطار القانوني المنظم لهذه الخدمة في بعض التشريعات المقارنة، مع الوقوف على حالة الفراغ أو الغموض التشريعي في بعض الدول، ومن ضمنها المغرب. وخُتمت المداخلة بتوصيات ترمي إلى وضع إطار قانوني وأخلاقي متكامل يوازن بين مصلحة المريض ومتطلبات الابتكار الصحي.
