يشكل السلوك الانتخابي أحد اهم الظواهر التي تعرف نقاشا كبيرا عند كل موعد انتخابي يعرفه المغرب. فلا شك ونحن على بعد أشهر قليلة من هذا الاستحقاق الوطني أن يطرح هذا الأمر من جديد على طاولة النقاشات العمومية، ولدى مختلف الباحثين في مجال العلوم القانونية والاجتماعية من أجل سبر أغوار هذا السلوك وتحديد مظاهره وكيفية تقويمه وضبطه من أجل المساهمة الفعالة لجل المواطنين في المشهد السياسي وانتداب أكفأ المرشحين لخدمة الوطن والمواطن.
