يتناول هذا البحث دلالة المنطوق عند الأصوليين بقسميه الصريح وغير الصريح، وأثر تلك الدلالات في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية، وتطبيقاتها على النوازل المعاصرة. حيث إن فهم النص الشرعي لا يقتصر على الوقوف عند ألفاظه مجردة، وإنما لابد من مراعاة السياق، والقرائن الموجهة للدلالات. ينطلق البحث من شرح المفاهيم، ثم بيان قسمي المنطوق، الصريح منها وغير الصريح، وما يدخل في كل قسم من الأنواع. كما يسعى البحث إلى الكشف عن التطبيقات الفقهية المعاصرة المبنية على كل قسم من أقسام المنطوق، من خلال نماذج فقهية تبرز كيفية الانتقال من دلالة النص إلى تنزيل الحكم على واقع متغير، مع مراعاة مناط الحكم والآثار المترتبة على ذلك. ويخلص البحث إلى أن استثمار دلالات المنطوق في الاجتهاد المعاصر يسهم بشكل فعال في ترسيخ خصائص الشريعة الإسلامية، من خلال إبراز شموليته، وصلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان، مع التأكيد على أن سلامة التنزيل لا تتحقق بمجرد إثبات الدلالة اللغوية للنص، بل تقتضي التحقق من حقيقة النازلة، ثم تحرير المناط، ثم النظر في القرائن المتعلقة بها.
