يتناول هذا المقال مؤسسة "إمارة المؤمنين" بوصفها ثابتاً دينياً وحضارياً جامعاً في التجربة المغربية من خلال تتبع تأصيلها الشرعي في الكتاب والسنة وأقوال الفقهاء والمتكلمين، ثم رصد امتدادها التاريخي منذ الدولة الإدريسية إلى العهد العلوي، وصولاً إلى تحليل مضامينها الدينية والروحية في خطاب جلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله ليوم 31 أكتوبر 2025م بمناسبة الذكرى الخمسين للمسيرة الخضراء، والذي تلاه بيوم واحد اعتماد مجلس الأمن الدولي القرار رقم 2797 (2025) الداعم المبادرة الحكم الذاتي تحت السيادة المغربية، ويخلص المقال إلى أن إمارة المؤمنين ليست مجرد نظام سياسي، بل إطار عقدي يوحد الدين بالدولة، وآلية فعالة لتحقيق التنمية الروحية بالأقاليم الجنوبية، عبر ترسيخ العقيدة الأشعرية والمذهب المالكي والتصوف السني المعتدل.
