نطمح في هذه الورقة إلى مساءلة تاريخ الفلسفة على ضوء ما قدمته الفلسفة المعاصرة بإعادة النظر في أسئلة الهامش، بعدما أبعدتها الفلسفة الحديثة (فلسفة ديكارت أساساً). ومن هنا يجد سؤالنا عن الحيوان مشروعيته كأحد أسئلة الهامش الذي وجب الالتفات إليه؛ إذ لا يمكن فهم فلسفة نيتشه دون استحضار الرموز الحيوانية التي وظفها في "هكذا تكلم زرادشت". يتناول البحث دلالات الحيوانات الفلسفية مثل النسر والحية والأسد والعنكبوت، ليس ككائنات بيولوجية، بل كاستعارات كبرى تعبر عن قيم إرادة القوة، والعود الأبدي، وتجاوز الإنسان نحو "الإنسان الأعلى". إن حيوانات زرادشت هي رفيقة دربه في رحلة البحث عن الحقيقة خارج أسوار الميتافيزيقا التقليدية.
