تكتسي الأسئلة البرلمانية في التجربة المغربية أهمية خاصة باعتبارها إحدى أبرز صور مبدأ الفصل بين السلطات، إذ تشكل أداة للتواصل والرقابة بين البرلمان والحكومة، وقد عرف هذا النظام تطورا عبر الدساتير والأنظمة الداخلية التي حددت مجاله وضبطت ضوابطه شكلا ومضمونا، مما منحه طابعا مؤسساتيا دقيقا، ورغم تعدد أنواع الأسئلة، فإن الممارسة تكشف أن الصيغة الشفهية والكتابية هي الأكثر استعمالا. وتؤدي هذه الآلية وظائف رقابية وإعلامية ومطلبية، غير أن فعاليتها تواجه عدة إشكالات تتعلق بتأثير الحسابات الحزبية وضعف الجودة في بعض الحالات. وهو ما يستدعي التفكير في تجويد العمل البرلماني من خلال إعادة النظر في الزمن المخصص للفرق والنواب، واعتماد آليات للانتقاء والفرز، واستلهام التجارب البرلمانية الرائدة بما يضمن تعزيز الدور الرقابي وترسيخ الحكامة البرلمانية.
