تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة نفي النسب، من خلال استعراض شروطه وأحكامه في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم تحليل دور البصمة الوراثية كأداة حديثة لإثبات أو نفي الروابط البيولوجية. كما تبرز الدراسة التطور الذي شهدته التشريعات المغربية بعد صدور مدونة الأسرة، والتي سمحت باللجوء إلى الخبرة الطبية في المنازعات المتعلقة بالنسب. وقد انعكس هذا التحول على الممارسة القضائية، إذ انتقل الأمر من رفض مطلق إلى اعتماد واسع للتحاليل الجينية، مع مراعاة قرينة الفراش وضوابط اللعان. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التجربة المغربية تشكل نموذجًا ناجحًا للتوفيق بين المرجعية الشرعية والمعطيات العلمية، بما يضمن حماية مصلحة الطفل وتحقيق العدالة الأسرية.
