تمكين المرأة في الإمارات كان وما زال أحد الأهداف الرئيسية للقيادة الإماراتية، التي ساهمت في تعزيز مكانة المرأة في جميع القطاعات الحياتية، بدءا من المشاركة السياسية والإدارية وصولا إلى ريادة الأعمال والمجالات الاقتصادية. وقد ساعدت السياسات المتبعة في دعم حقوق المرأة على تحقيق توازن بين الجنسين في المجتمع الإماراتي، حيث أصبحت المرأة جزءا فاعلا في عمليات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. التركيز الكبير على تعليم المرأة وتطوير استراتيجيات وطنية، مثل الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتمكين المرأة، أدى إلى تمكينها للمساهمة في التنمية المستدامة وضمان مشاركتها في صنع القرار على كافة المستويات.
